I'm from the United States and unfortunately couldn't vote. But I agree with Piers. Susan Boyle was absolutely fantastic and should have won! So needless to say, I was SHOCKED and sad at the outcome! And I agree 100% with the comments of "harisonway"!!! Susan, you've got class and the voice to match!!! You're in my thoughts and prayers! We love you and look forward to seeing what the future holds for you. May God bless you in a very special way as you continue to bless the lives of others!

I'm sooooo HAPPY that Diversity WON because although Susan has a REALLY good voice, Diversity has class, style and most of all there modern also winning has set there future career off. Susan is just another Paul Pots really, she got rushed to hospital because she was exhausted so image when she has to perform around the world compared to a couple of rehearsels and shows. And as people have said about Diversity how they'll go back to there day jobs so will Susan eventually!!! Well Done!!!!

Dance crews are so dime a dozen, there were TWO of them in the finals, with exactly the same act. They also can't have lasting careers in the business. Diversity will perform for the Queen and then go back to their day jobs. Susan is one of a kind, and should have won. She will have a successful career, but she was robbed of her chance to sing at the Royal Variety Show. I think the Queen would have much preferred her over Diversity.

My wife and I (in America) find the results of Saturday's voting on your show to be very odd. Comparing a "flash & dash" dance troup to a great singer like Susan Boyle is grossly unfair. Susan was the winner no matter what the final score was. We LOVE Susan and can't wait for her to come to the US and show the world what a mistake it was to choose dancers over HER. Also, Please try to arrange a performance before the Queen for Susan. I think BGT can handle that & she certainly deserves it.

Dance groups come and go! But true God given talent Like Susan's Boyle will last a lifetime. Diversity though very talanted, I think did not deserve the win. They have a bright future. Susan will go on to much bigger and better things!

I'm so sorry for your program future, Simon, Amanda, Piers, I loved this program, but after knowing what is happening to Susan, that she got sick after loosing and wachting Hollie Steel, how she start crying in the midle of the scene, I think the one will loose in all of this actions is the program, and This make me fill sad, because I thought is was a very good program, but this stars aren't prepare to respond to the press and to fame. I hope Susan get well, and understand she was the best

I think a lot of us feel protective of Susan Boyle. She has a great voice but what is even greater is Susan. The lady has a smile that make you smile back. That was the sad part of the final I did not see the excitment that was in eyes and smile that was in the first audition. I like the cheeky woman as do a lot of us and will buy her music. My only request is that you, Simon please watch out for her so she has that sparkle once again. Thank You

Hello Simon! SUSAN is WON! Dancer and singer is VERY different category- TALENT. You should create different JUDGEMENT, please. SUSAN is more then LIFE, she got talent from GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't thing ROYALS will enjoy Electra acrobat-dancer.
