Sue first performed on the Britain's Got Talent stage with her best friend Janine as musical double act 'Addicted'. But after a failed audition, the judges called Sue back as they saw something in her. Now Sue has a chance to leave her best friend behind and perform on her own. Can she do it with such short notice?

I meant to say unplugged .... Anyway, I'd like to know whether this clip has been edited or not, though, as it's way shorter than the other clips, which are about 2+ minutes, usually.

Quote from bsm1967:"Furthermore, why does a solo violinist need a musical tape played behind her ?" Well, it depends on what musical score is being played on a violin. Some scores rather sound artificial or awkward if played without accompanying instruments, as it's up to the listener to imagine/add the other instruments in his head. There was a famous violonist here in Germany, Helmut Zacharias, he used to play "flight of the bumblebee" on the violin: the ideal solo/unlugged score 4 the violin.

Wow! Your performance is so inspiration. I wonder what you're going to perform in the semifinals! If you do release an album, I will be one of the first to buy it! Good luck!

Janine may be a good classical musician, but, she doesn't have that special something that Sue has. It doesn't take long to see talent, 10 seconds is just enough! I think I know what the judges saw in Sue. Opportunities don't come that often in life, but those that are prepared and ready will excel. That's what Sue did!

I can't wait to see you perform in the semi-finals. Your showmanship, charisma and confidence on stage have captured audiences around the world. You have a natural talent so be proud of it! xafe, from next time, be more careful with your choice of words. Before making an unfair comment on someone else's work, you should take some time to look back at yourself. I question whether you and I have watched the same video clip. As a violinist myself, I thought the performance was 'phenomenal.

I think the 3 judges must give an oportunity also a Janine to play alone
