80-year-old Janey Cutler has been told she has a wonderful singing voice. Her friends have been egging her on to enter the competition as she's got nothing to lose. Can we find yet another good singer on the Glasgow stage?

Fantastic for her age, and a great version of the song.

Thanks for the info. I thought I heard those lyrics in the crowd's singing, but the full orchestra arrangement made it sound better than the original McCartney/Wings song I remember.

Does anyone know what the piece of orchestral music is that followed Janey Cutler's wonderful performance? Sounded like a folk song. I just didn't recognize it.

My last opinion was of Britain's Got Talent and of Simon Cowell. I repeat that BGT is just a great fun show to watch and I think Simon Cowell is seriously good looking besides being a great talent scout. However the rest is about Janey, I do so hope she wins. What a wonderful voice, personality and all of that at 80 years old. Here in the States, we are rooting for you Janey, you go girl, you're fabulous.
